Class Descriptions
CARDIO/SCULPTING
SPIN H- is an outdoor cycling experience with all the comforts of home
with the hottest Johnny G Spin bikes.
REBOUNDING- Is an easy to follow, fun, flowing, non-impact (absorbing
80% of the shock) cardio workout on mini-trampolines.
RESISTANCE REBOUNDING- using Rebounder’s, weights, and body bars
you alternate between cardio and weight training.
HEAVEN & HELL- A personal training session. Full body, hellish
experience that will make you die and go to heaven!
SPIN & STRENGTH- is a combination of spin and sculpting. 30mins of
spin followed by 20mins of hard core sculpting.
H45- a combination of lower body & upper body exercises that
combines cardio while going inside your head and pushing yourself to
a higher level of fitness.
ZUMBA-Is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a
dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system.
INTENSE (45) or (60) - An Interval class combining calisthenics,
unexpected endurance, strength training, and stamina.
PUMP- weight training to “SHRED” & “SCLUPT” your body.
CARDIO PUMP- A weight training class with cardio to maximize your
time and energy.
PURE STRENGTH- Head to toe toning and body sculpting. Get ready to
sweat and punish yourself to a stronger you.
INFERNO- Push your body to the limit performing high-intensity twenty
second intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest, using the Tabata
protocol. This fast paced, conditioning program is proven to increase
VO2max, athletic performance and burn fat.
SHOCK&AWE- 45 Nonstop minutes of 50% Core, 50% challenging
pump. It’s FRIDAY, bitches. No lightweights ALLOWED.
CRUNCH TIME- A quick 30-minute blast of hardcore ab shredding.
Designed to strengthen your core inside out.
KARDIO KICK- Kick and punch your way to a new physique with this
fast paced, high energy class. Combines martial arts, boxing, and
cardiovascular training to elevate your heart rate and boost
metabolism.
WHIPPED- Nonstop movement combining the best of both resistance
training and cardio in one class. 30-second intervals sculpt your
muscles with weights, followed by 30-second high intensity interval.
Whip your body into shape with this fat-burning, metabolism-boosting
class.
MIND/BODY
SUNRISE VINYASA/SUNSET VINYASA- this class will aid you in your
practice and start or end your day with peace and purpose.
PILATES MAT- a series of exercises based on the work of Joseph
Pilates to strengthen & lengthen muscles with focus on core.
INTERMEDIATE Yoga- Flowing Asana’s in combination with
controlled breathing, experience with Yoga,
LUNCH HOUR YOGA-Break up your day with a vibrant yoga hour
crated to nourish your body & fill up your spirit. All levels.
